About this dashboard
Ye dashboard landlord ke liye monthly control panel hai: expected rent (active tenants ka total), collected amount (is month ke payments), pending tenants count aur saal-to-date collection. Numbers localStorage me rakhe data se turant compute hote hain — koi server call nahi hoti.
How to use
- Tenants page par apne tenants add karein (rent + due day ke saath).Screenshot: Tenants page — pehla tenant add karein

Q.Dashboard mujhe kya dikhaata hai?
Chaar stats ek screen par: is mahine ka expected rent (active tenants ka total), ab tak collected amount, pending tenants ki count + naam, aur saal-to-date (YTD) collection. Pending list me har tenant ke saamne Mark paid button bhi hai.
Q.Kya mera data cloud me jaata hai?
Nahi. Dashboard ke numbers aapke browser ke localStorage me rakhe data se turant compute hote hain — koi server call nahi hoti, koi account nahi banta.
Q.Multiple tenants ya properties chala sakta hoon?
Haan — har tenant apni property/unit ke saath save hota hai aur expected total sab active tenants ko jodta hai. Alag-alag properties ke tenants ek hi dashboard par rehte hain.
Q.Data reset kaise ho jaata hai?
Profile page par "Reset all data" button hai — confirm karne par device ka poora data (profile, tenants, payments) mit jaata hai. Chahein to pehle backup JSON export kar lein.
