Valid rent receipt me kya hona chahiye
Ek valid Indian rent receipt me ye details honi chahiye — MakaanSetu inme se zyada-tar khud format kar deta hai, aapko sirf sign karna hota hai:
- Tenant aur landlord ka naam
- Property ka address (flat/unit ke saath)
- Amount figures aur words dono me — MakaanSetu English aur Hindi dono words print karta hai
- Rent period (month)
- Payment mode — Cash/UPI/Bank
- Receipt date aur serial number
- Landlord ka signature (tenant ki bhi liya jaata hai)
- Revenue stamp: CASH rent ₹5,000/receipt se zyada hone par ₹1 ka revenue stamp lagana common (aur safe) practice hai. App sirf Cash payment + ₹5,000+ rent dono conditions par stamp box lagati hai — UPI/Bank payments par nahi.
- Landlord PAN: annual rent ₹1,00,000 se cross ho to employer HRA exemption ke liye PAN maang sakta hai — profile me PAN daalein to receipt par print ho jaata hai.
- Har mahine receipt dena legally zaroori nahi hai, par standard practice hai — aur HRA claim karte tenants ke employers yehi maangte hain.
- PAN na hone par landlord written declaration de sakta hai — ye tenant ke employer ke documentation process par depend karta hai.

Q.Amount in words kaise likhein lakh/crore format me?
Indian system me grouping hoti hai: crore, lakh, thousand, hundred. Example: ₹1,23,456 = "One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six Rupees Only". MakaanSetu English aur Hindi dono me words khud likh deta hai.
Q.HRA receipt me landlord PAN kab chahiye?
Annual rent ₹1,00,000 se zyada hone par employee ke employer aksar landlord ka PAN maangta hai (HRA exemption documentation). ₹50,000/month se zyada rent par tenant ko apne employer ko landlord PAN dena bhi common hai. PAN profile me daalein to receipt par print ho jaata hai.

Saare paid months ki receipts ek hi print job me, sequential order me — November se February ke beech jo HRA proof pack maanga jata hai wo seconds me ready hai. Chahen to unpaid months ko DRAFT receipt ke roop me bhi include kar sakte hain.
